We had a great time playing in the snow this weekend. Looks like there’s one more storm left to go in snowmageddon, arriving on Tuesday. And then unfortunately some rain forecasted for Christmas Eve (booooo!).
On Saturday, I built up a good pile for sledding and the neighbours kids came over to play:
The drifts were a bit crazy, up to my knees in most of the back yard. I shovelled off the walkways in the back yard both for emergency egress, and to ensure that my mother-in-law’s dog doesn’t poop right outside the patio door.
And on Sunday, we converted Mount Nearo into a pretty cool looking igloo (more work to be done, but the basic structure is dug out):
